The beans come from smallholders whose plantations are located at altitudes ranging from 1,500 to 2,200 meters above sea level. ABOUT PROCESSING AND DECAFFEINATION After being processed using the natural method, the coffee underwent decaffeination using carbon dioxide (CO₂).
