Country of origin: Bolivia Region : Caranavi Farm: Kusillo (Los Rodriguez) Variety : Batian Processing method: Natural Batian natural from the Los Rodriguez family's Kusillo farm in Caranavi; coco natural drying — cherries washed, patio-dried 48–72h, then box-dried to 11.5% humidity. A fruity Bolivian, same process as their Vanilla Sky but with a Batian variety brought from Kenya. Store in a cold and dry space.
