Guardabaxo since 2003 in Mococa, northern São Paulo; ten varieties, drip irrigation, dried on terraces 10-15 days, agroforestry with avocado trees since 2021. Part of Andy Roasters' "Not So Fruity" range - a classic, chocolatey and nutty profile with lower acidity. Store in a cold and dry space.
