They grow abundantly across the estate, providing ideal shade for the coffee plants. Moreover, the Izalco volcano naturally shields the coffee from winds blowing in from the Pacific Ocean. Here, the morning work begins earlier than usual, as afternoon fog reduces visibility. Store in a cold and dry space.
