Country of origin : Ethiopia Region : Gedeb, Yirgacheffe Farm : Banko Chelchele Variety : 74110, 74112 Processing method : Anaerobic Natural Altitude : 1200 – 2300 m a.s.l. I guess we're doing well with fermented Ethiopia! This is already the third twist from this country from us - Klaro. We have blueberries, sherry, and molasses in the flavor profile. A super complex, slightly boozy, and sweet bomb. Cheers! Store in a cool, dry place.
