Processing: Washed Variety : Arusha Farm : Smallholders (Kindeng wet mill) From Kindeng in the Waghi Valley (Jiwaka), grown on fertile volcanic soils at 1200-1800 masl by smallholder families near the Wara Tuman river; pulped and fermented at Kindeng wet mill, milled at Monpi dry mill in Hagen. Store in a cold and dry space.
