About this coffee
Country of origin: Colombia Region : Planadas, Tolima Variety : Caturra Processing method : Natural Cupping score: 86 / 100 Altitude : 1500-2150 m a.s.l. ABOUT THE COFFEE An old-school Colombian classic. Coffee grown using traditional methods and sun-dried in Planadas, in the Tolima region. Look for notes of wine, chocolate, and juicy fruits in it: passion fruit, orange, and blueberry. El Indio proves that the classics are doing great. R OASTER'S OPINION A typical natural ferment from Colombia! Very intense fruit aromas, high body, sweetness, and acidity. A real banger for cold brew. Store in a cool and dry place.
