Cupping score: 85 / 100 The Fincamigos project was created to produce exceptional, exotic coffees while employing individuals who previously worked at the Cooperative. Launched in 2018, the project has had a significant impact on the region. ABOUT THE COFFEE This coffee underwent a double fermentation process: first, for 36 hours as whole cherries, and then, after depulping, it was subjected to dry fermentation for another 36 hours. Following this process, the coffee was sun-dried on raised beds until it reached a moisture level of 11%. Store in a cold and dry space.
