The cherry co-ferment process and Castillo variety build an intense, highly fruity character. Notes of cherry "fritta" and raspberry Mamba candy dominate in the cup, with a pronounced sweetness and fermentative depth that gives the coffee a dessert-like, almost candyish dimension.
