Rested in the cold Costa Rica in a version we love – a real gem from Corazón de Jesús, specifically from the Los Tonos plot. Behind this project is Johnny Alvarado Abarca, who cultivates coffee in the Brunca region. In this bag, you will find the Villa Sarchi variety, a local mutation of Bourbon known for its elegant acidity and powerful sweetness. The experience is enhanced by the Natural Reposado process – the cherries "rest" in the cold for some time before drying, allowing the sugars from the pulp to maximally penetrate the bean. Thanks to this, the Los Tonos plot offers an incredibly syrupy body and notes of ripe red fruits, while maintaining exemplary brew clarity. It is the perfect balance between a modern approach to fermentation and classic, fruity drinkability that will work great in your drippers. Store in a cold and dry space.
