Estate near Aberdare Forest at 1800-1850 masl in a coffee-tea transition zone with volcanic soils and reliable rainfall. Roasted by Rubens Gardelli on a customized solid-drum roaster; recipes designed for his roasting style. RECIPE : 17 g coffee, 250 g water at 95°C, Comandante 22 clicks, V60 or flat-bottom, ~3:05 Store in a cold and dry space.
