Origin : Burundi Region: Kayanza Altitude: 1600-1900 m a.s.l. Processing: Washed Variety : Red Bourbon Farm : Rubagabaga Washing Station (Greenco) Rubagabaga washing station in Butare, Kayanza (founded 1992, managed by Greenco), processing cherries from ~2700 smallholders on plots under 1 ha; flotation and hand sorting, washed, dried on raised beds ~2 weeks. A clean, sweet and elegant coffee that faithfully expresses its origin. Store in a cold and dry space.
