Cupping score: 85 / 100 ABOUT THE FARM Hacienda San Isidro Labrador is a family-owned farm run by Johel Monge, located in Santa María de Dota in the Tarrazú region. The Monge family has been involved in coffee growing for generations, and their own infrastructure allows them to control processing and prepare separate lots from different plots and varieties. Our coffee comes from the El Cedro plot, situated at an altitude of approximately 2,000 meters above sea level, where the Catuaí variety is grown, among others. ROASTER'S OPINION Clean, balanced, and sweet. This coffee doesn't try to surprise you with fireworks, but we guarantee it will be the perfect companion for any occasion. Chocolate, fruit—what more could you ask for? Store in a dry and cool place.
