The harvest there undergoes natural processing, which brings out even more sweetness from the coffee, as you can also experience in our Heavy.Depending on the brewing method, you can get a brew with varying degrees of acidity from Funky Bean, or even completely lacking it – in which case you will extract pure sweetness and bitterness from the beans.
